class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ol>\n \t<li>Effeuiller le persil, le thym citronn\u00e9 et le cerfeuil, hacher le tout fi nement et m\u00e9langer avec la chapelure dans une assiette plate. Battre les oeufs dans une assiette creuse et verser la farine dans une autre assiette plate.<\/li>\n \t<li>Saler l\u00e9g\u00e8rement les blancs de poulet peu de temps avant et les passer tout d\u2019abord dans la farine. Bien faire tomber l\u2019exc\u00e9dent de farine, puis passer dans l\u2019oeuf et pour fi nir dans le m\u00e9lange de chapelure et de fi nes herbes. Bien presser la panure.<\/li>\n \t<li>Dans une po\u00eale, faire chauff er le beurre \u00e0 r\u00f4tir, y d\u00e9poser les blancs de poulet et les faire cuire env. 5-6 minutes de chaque c\u00f4t\u00e9 \u00e0 feu moyen.<\/li>\n \t<li>Dresser sur des assiettes et verser du jus de citron selon son go\u00fbt.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element
