Ajouter l\u2019oignon et le poireau et faire revenir un peu. Saupoudrer de curry, mouiller avec le bouillon et assaisonner. Ajouter les pommes de terre et laisser cuire env. 30 min. \u00e0 couvert. M\u00e9langer la sauce soja et le miel. Faire griller les noix de Cajou dans une po\u00eale \u00e0 frire s\u00e8che et les napper de la pr\u00e9paration soja-miel. Laisser s\u2019\u00e9vaporer les liquides en remuant la po\u00eale de temps en temps et faire caram\u00e9liser. Ajouter les poires et la demi-cr\u00e8me acidul\u00e9e \u00e0 la mijot\u00e9e et porter l\u00e9g\u00e8rement \u00e0 \u00e9bullition.
