couteau pointu (vous pouvez \u00e9galement demander \u00e0 votre boucher de le faire). Laver le citron \u00e0 l\u2019eau chaude et retirer le zeste, par exemple avec un zesteur. D\u00e9tacher les feuilles des tiges de thym. M\u00e9langer soigneusement le tout \u00e0 la chair \u00e0 saucisse et en farcir les poitrines de poulet. Refermer avec des cure-dents et \u00e9v. de la ficelle de cuisine.<\/li>\n \t<li>Faire chauffer de l\u2019huile puis les poitrines de poulet, faire cuire \u00e0 feu doux pendant env. 6 \u00e0 8 minutes en les retournant. Retirer de la po\u00eale et maintenir au chaud. Saler et poivrer.<\/li>\n \t<li>Peler l\u2019\u00e9chalote, la hacher finement et la faire blondir dans la graisse de cuisson. Ajouter le bouillon et la cr\u00e8me, laisser mijoter jusqu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019obtention d\u2019une pr\u00e9paration cr\u00e9meuse, saler et poivrer. Disposer les poitrines de poulet dans la sauce, r\u00e9chauffer quelques instants et servir aussit\u00f4t.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element
