verser l\u2019huile de tournesol en mince filet sans cesser de mixer. Pr\u00e9parer ainsi une mayonnaise.<\/li>\n \t<li>Egoutter le thon, l\u2019ajouter \u00e0 la mayonnaise et mixer en fine pur\u00e9e. Incorporer le quark, mixer, saler, poivrer et ajouter le jus de citron. R\u00e9server au frais.<\/li>\n \t<li>Saler et poivrer les escalopes de veau et les saisir 2 minutes de chaque c\u00f4t\u00e9 dans une po\u00eale \u00e0 griller bien chaude avec un peu d\u2019huile d\u2019olive. Faire revenir le persil dans le restant d\u2019huile pendant 20 secondes puis \u00e9goutter.
